Process to ordering a cot:

1. Contact us to discuss your individual requirements, so the most suitable model and specification can be determined with help from our expert staff
2. We provide a written quotation (which can be used for funding applications, etc)
3. If you wish to proceed, the cot is built to order - this usually takes 8-10 weeks from placement of order to delivery. We provide a full installation & delivery service, and full training is provided when the cot is installed.
4. All cots benefit from 12 months onsite parts & labour and 24 months parts warranty. We have a nationwide network of fully trained engineers, and friendly and expert telephone support if the need arises.
